What Customers Say About The Sims 2: Apartment Life:

wish the price was lower tho the character i played graduated from college and i moved him into his first place. the apartments costs quite a bit to rent every week but its still good to play. the cheaper apartments are very small on the inside, but they are cheaper. if yo computer aint powerful enough dont bother with this because it lags. my computer can handle it fine as long as i dont speed things up to much. i like how you have plenty of people to talk to since they live in the apartment building with you. they will help pay rent as long as you are cool wit them and are friends.

an apartment. overall a good game that i do recommend. fun game but lags a lot. also you can ask for a roommate who is a npc (non playable character). makes the game seem a little more realistic.

The new interactions are cute. :) Your sims can live in a affordable apartment and even have a room mate. I really like this ep.

This is just a fun game to explore and a great game to play with. Highly recommended :D You get to pick your roommate. Now you can have sports obsessed sims or high class sims. It is sooo much fun. This is one of my favorite expansion packs that I have purchased. You get to live in your own apartment and there is so many new options. You can even hire a butler.

So don't be scared off by the securom software reviews, chances are if you're playing the sims2, you already have it.As far as the game goes, I really like this expansion. Oh, you can now silence or screen calls on your sim's phone, so you don't get calls in the middle of the night or while the baby is napping. All in all, a great expansion along with Open for Business, Seasons, and Nightlife. Making potions and reagents is draining on your sim, but not any more than any other activity. I enjoyed it so much I started to look into the expansions. And the new system that gives you simoleans(cash) based on how many family members you have when you create a new family is great.

I got the Double Deluxe pack as it was the only way to get the base game. I have not had any trouble with the securom DRM software myself, but obviously your mileage may vary. The witches/warlocks are cool, especially when combined with vampires. It makes it much easier to start with large families. First, if you have Sims 2 Double Deluxe, you have securom in your computer.I just started into the Sims franchise and am loving it.

The reviews warning against securom locked expansions almost scared me away from some great expansions. Some of the new items are great space-savers: bed-in-a-wall, closet/mirror, spiral stairs, etc.

It's fun. I'm a simhead so there really isn't much I can say against it. It's a cool addition.
